Excellent customer service by general staff & management Top quality at excellent prices. I challenge anyone to check it out, you won't leave the store without buying something. They have got in store a lot of famous brands of ladies/men clothes, shoes including runners & plenty more👍

I'm disgusted and disappointed in my purchase last Friday. My son whos 11 wanted a pair of very cool basketball runners and cost $80. With buy one get one free to same value of my son's runners. My son was undecided completely on his choose so as closing time we were told we can hold onto them behind counter and come back in morning to have more time to look and decide. I payed cash and as a member no reciept needed as in the system. Huh they couldn't find the sale on the system so they rang head office to check cameras??? We will call you within 30 minutes. WTH?? I'm still waiting on their call???? They are to either refund my $80 or let my son have his runners for school starting soon. They should be ashamed of themselves. Not A Happy Parent.

If you want great deals on sporting footwear or clothing this is a great store. One in sunshine and thomastown both can have different stock so best checking both stores out.
