Always clean and easy access and is not over crowded great for big shops or your quick in and out shop

Poor Customer Service. Cigarette counter guy was busy with other worker chatting infront of Store for 5 minutes. when My number came he decided to serve another customer who came later than me to buy smoke. That was Third time. No more shopping at Banksia grove Coles untill they keep good Staff.

Woolworths/ Aldi opened next Door. So far they are providing best customer service without any discrimination.
