Store is inside the North Perth Plaza shopping centre arcade. Always plenty of trolleys available. Store clean and tidy with generally decent friendly staff.nShelves in general tend to be well stocked on most occasions.nParking can sometimes be an issue with not a lot of parking available, and only a couple of disabled parking spots allocated.
Update.. always no eggs in this store…nThis Coles in good location, but there are no many parking space here.nService was good. But there were no any eggs in Wednesday night.. only broken eggs left.nI took 2 good eggs to the counter and told them there were no more egg, so they gave me free eggs. So good service..
I’ve seen Tracy bullying certain staff - she’s so unpleasant, and one of the other male workers is a creep towards young women, even though he looks to be in his 50s or 60s, but gets to stay on no matter what. I feel like it’s a hostile workplace and don’t want to support that kind of environment as a shopper, so now go elsewhere.
Old cow on the tobacco counter is rude and abrasive. I come in every Tuesday afternoon and no matter how nice I am she’s horrible every time without fail. Does she even know how to smile? Think she needs a lesson on customer service or maybe a new position out the back where she can’t offend anyone. 0/10 would not recommend unless you have a shame kink.
Very clean place and good service, great for the family's weekly shopping.
