It is located in a very strategic area. The heart of the city center. Wherever you stay in the city, it is walking distance to this supermarket. There are few other supermarkets in the city, but this one is near every place, especially if you want to go to the hay street mall.nnAlso not far if you want to go to the waterfront area where there are ferry terminals, cafe and bars. Near this supermarket, there is a blue bus stop which can take you for a free city tournnThere is also a food court which is located in one level up from this supermarket. It is a very nice food court. it is quite busy during lunch time.nnThe kids like the chocolate and cookies section. There are plenty of choices. Even from the same brand, there are lot of varieties.nnBit hard to find the staff if you want to ask something that you are looking for. Only few are around and quite busy.

Food Court - Clean spacious and not like a big open canteen area - broken up well into spaces and has a licensed area ! Great design full of light - only tried one food outlet which was nice so can’t comment on the others - love the Woolworths on the bottom floor and connection through Hay St and St George’s Terrace- Woolworths - good one - separate sushi counter and Japanese dishes in fast cooked food I have not seen before - quick - lots of self serve - one of the nicer ones across Australia that I have seen
I would give this a zero stars if possible, but that is not the case.nnMy son and two of his friends were physically harassed and racially profiled by one of your workers. As the boys were leaving the store my son and his friend, who are both of colour, were kept back while their white friend was allowed to leave without question. The two boys were approached by a woman who not only opened their bags but also physically patted them down without any form of communication or consent. My boy told me that two Asian kids experienced similar disgusting behaviour from this woman. I find this behaviour absolutely disgusting and appalling and I sincerely hope that management takes proper corrective actions to ensure this never happens again.
