Has really good coffee machine but the last 4 times I've been in there they haven't had sugar stocked.this time they didn't even have any at all took the coffee off me refunded me but wasted 10mins of my time and no coffee really disappointed look forward to that good coffee after work 4 days a week
This has been my go to store for shopping for the past 9 years. I have noticed a steady decline in the staff attitudes and produce availability. On Tuesday I came to do my shop at about 6:30pm. The shelves were poorly stocked. When it came to check out, I had a full trolley, Despite the store being quiet, there were no staff at the tills. I asked 2 different employees to please help with the check out and both told me to use the self check-out. I started this but it was tedious and time consuming. Eventually I asked for the manager, who begrudgingly opened a till to do the check out. POOR POOR SERVICE. Coles, you've just lost a loyal customer. I must mention that my family and friends have been raving about the Woolworths in Inglewood, and that is where I will go in future.
Good to see 3 x self serve with conveyed belts. Main issue, in principle is there is never enough personed registers. Fruit n vege was low today and I am gobsmacked by the cost of living and eating fresh food.
Shelves are packed with soft drink, potato chips, biscuits and chocolates but no fresh ginger, no shallots, no bean sprouts??nAnd what is going on with the prices of hair colouring....almost double the price of anywhere else. Price gouging again Coles?
I'm not a big fan of supermarkets, but I do come here because of the great service, this store seems to care a lot about people and being part of the community. The staff are all extremely helpful and lovely, and the managers are always going above and beyond to assist. The supplies are always fresh, well stocked or they immediately rush to help address an issue. The range is great, and the store is always clean and well organised. Glad to have them as my local!
