Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous service from both the deli and the checkout. Was having a bad day yesterday and one of the lovely ladies working the checkouts absolutely made my day with a good humour. Staff is always on top of it, store is convenient and the weekly specials are perfect. Good stock and a busy team. Gorgeous cafe right around the corner.
I would like to take a moment to acknowledge Jazmine for her outstanding customer service. She always welcomes customers with a beautiful smile and a positive attitude, which makes the shopping experience so much more pleasant. Jasmine goes above and beyond to assist customers, ensuring that they feel valued and cared for. Her professionalism, friendliness, and helpful nature truly stand out.nnShe is a great asset to Coles, and I really appreciate the excellent service she provides.
Deli customer service is 6 out of 5 stars. They’re friendly, efficient, helpful and always so approachable. The 1 star is for the 4 staff members patrolling 2 self checkouts and not 1 employee at checkout, or any check outs open.nThere are those who work hard all day, or who come from a hectic FIFO swing who DO NOT need to get groceries and put them through a checkout ourselves! We DO NOT get paid to do YOUR JOB! It’s aggravating!!! Please do better and open checkouts and serve the people!
Deli staff are mostly lovely. However I actively avoid going to this shop. Only go if late and I am desperate! Brands have disappeared, shelves stocking less variety and items I used to be able to get. Self checkouts - huh! Most of them are closed and queues at few that are open.nI suggest you shop elsewhere- like I do. I’m local but go to opposition in Midland or Morley
Lovely staff but the store is often disorganised and messy. Sadly also, too much stock walks out the door right in front of your face and while staff shouldn’t risk their own safety there isn’t much being done so it seems to deter the blatant stealing while the rest of us are watching our pennies walk out of our purse because of the prices that seem to increase while you are just standing there. Coles needs to up its game! I did speak to the duty manager about the cigarette butt that was in the mushroom grate in the Fruit & Veg department, she was very disappointed with the staff on the floor. I shop here because of convenience.
