This was my go to supermarket when I lived locally for a decade, sold my villa mid 2022. Customer service and prices were always better than Woolworths in the same complex. They must have low staff turnover as I would see the same bulk of staff for the whole decade I was there. Staff always lovely and helpful except for an infamous Yvonne, who after having a long lovely chat with the manager 4 yrs ago, thanked me for making a formal complaint about her, as shes been there a very long time and has always been trouble. He offered me a free bouquet of flowers but I never took up the compensation as his sincere apology and nice chat was enough. I would say this is the best Coles in the Perth metro area I have shopped at. Claremont was my next local, they were good, but not as good as Mirrabooka.
i believe this is my first review but I came into the store today looking for Bryce as he always helps me find my shopping so quickly. he's very cool and quick about it. but he wasnt hear today : if you're reading this Bryce, thank you for always helping me :. u def deserves a raise!!!
They desperately need more staff they seem understaffed and the staff that they have seems mean to customers and unhelpful by chucking groceries into paper bags causing the bags to break then charging the customer for another bag that they broke by chucking groceries in if they had more staff they could open more check outs so they could serve more people
Zero stars, absolutely disgusting, selling your customers frozen chocolate Lindt bunny for easter, had to throw all of them out. Absolute disgrace
