Coles local located within the Floreat shopping centre. It looks very new and there were lots of products available!nI really liked how everything was organised so nicelynThe food section in the front also looked very nice - with lots of options to choose from
Previous visits have been good, but today was disappointing.nnI was directed to checkout counter No. 1 but was briefly blocked by a customer with a trolley behind her on the left and a senior lady in a wheelchair on my right. I waited, said “sorry” and “excuse me” to the customers around me, and tried to move through carefully.nnA young female staff member approached from behind and said “Maybe next time you should say excuse me,” as she believed my trolley had touched the edge of the wheelchair. I explained that I had already done so, but she did not respond or acknowledge my explanation, nor offer any clarification or apology. Instead, she comforted the lady in the wheelchair and walked away.nnI understand she may have been trying to protect another customer and meant well, but I felt unfairly judged without the full situation being understood. As a visibly pregnant customer and an Asian, I would have appreciated a bit more understanding and balanced communication.
Extremely disappointed with the service at the collection point today. The delivery staff Asian male was incredibly rude and started shouting at me just because I didn't hear him clearly. Unprofessional and aggressive behavior. Coles needs to train their staff on basic respect and customer service.
Young female staff on the checkouts today need some swift retraining. Too rude chatting to each other to deliver any reasonable level of customer service.
Really nice clean shop, well stocked good prices and friendly helpful staff
