A comfortable Coles for shopping, where I often find affordable toys that my child loves. My wife also found a great digital weighing scale here.
Absolutely deplorable service at checkout where they did not take any care or concern with items in glass bottles/jars and other fragile items. Just aggressively chucking them aside. The checkout staff did not even offer to help pack unlike at other stores. You’d think since a customer is spending a few hundred $$ they would offer help to speed up the packing process. Normally I’d go to another branch of Coles but since I had to get something at Westfield Innaloo I did a shop here instead. Now wished I’d gone to Woolworths or Aldi instead. Coles Innaloo needs to reevaluate their basic training and to that particular staff - if you’re not willing to be respectful to customers and take care of items that we spent money on then don’t work in a customer-facing job. The job is not complex, it’s not rocket science yet you can’t even do a simple job properly.
When I purchased a gift card yesterday, the staff member at the counter peeled off the cover to scan the main card instead of using the barcode. I asked her why she was doing that, but she insisted on continuing. I felt very frustrated and embarrassed to pass on a gift card in that condition.nnI won’t be buying gift cards from Coles again.
Watch out when buying meat from the deli, barely two days since I bought chicken thigh and it's already off giving out a very foul smell.nThey should have much better quality control prior to selling any food product. Very disappointed and last time I would be buying any meat from their deli section.
Another day Cole’s and subconsciously telling you they don’t want to give you any service.. just one full checkout open! They spend a week training ppl to use the checkouts and expect you to do it yourself to save who money? Not you that’s for sure. Try giving 3% back on the self service then you won’t need any humans here to give customer service at all. Three of us waiting for a checkout nobody cares.
