If i could give no stars I would give minus 10 stars I have shopped at this store for 7 years now and it had been very nice but in the last couple of months a new staff have been employed the old Indian lady on checkout is very rude throws the items I'm buying onto the the side as she is checking it through the register. She also gets very angry when asking for cash out like it's coming from her own pocket every time no matter what time of day. Also I have brought 2 meet items in the last week that have been off I mean very off unable to eat and if u shop here you know what I'm talking about i never came back and ask for a refund just went straight back down and purchased again out of my own pocket not wanting to cause a seen or upset anyone then toady I have been down and old Indian lady was again on the checkout being very rude laughing in my face when I mentioned having brought off meat there 2 times in the last week. So I called when I arrived home the young man answer who works on the floor stacking shelves and said that there's no manager or anyone incarge who can speak with me and to just deal with it then actually on purpose told me to speck with the checkout chick who served me and was so out of control that was laughing in my face about the off meat they sold me and being very disrespectful I used to shop here every day of not 3/4 times a day now I'll drive way further every day just not to be treated like this who ever has taken on this store its gorn way down hill there isn't even trolley's for people to do there shopping because they are lazy disrespectful no customer service the freezer isle is so small and they are always hanging out in there like its there hang out u can't even get through there with a trolley if u can find one of the two they have and they will also get pissed that Ur trying to buy something from that freezer because it disturbed there get together it uncomfortable and disturbing how these people treat customers that give them so much money everyday they judge people and its no wonder why you have a 3 star rating u need to try so much better other wise there will be no more osbourne park IGA .
Lady on the front counter maybe Indian but she is new very rude disrespectful unkept smells very bad throwing people's stuff speaking very rude and discriminating a lady tonight witnessed all this with my own eyes was not cool when I know for a fact this store has also sold off items to me at a very expensive price I will be going else where from now on can't see people be treated like this for no reason.
Unreasonable prices, bad management and quality of products are also not good. The only good thing about the store were the cashiers who were the only ones good at their job. Good security is also need as I happened to witness people stealing from the store.
Bad quality of fruit for sale. Just picked up blueberries from IGA Osborne park and is not a good quality.. Kept on the shelf for longtime.
Not trustworthy at all. Their prices are never correct and this is the second occasion where I’ve been charged more than the advertised price in the shop. A dollar more this time? How much extra are they cashing in if they keep adding a dollar here and there to everyone’s bill? Pure rip-off merchants! Today it was Lindt Chocolate, advertised as $5.50 in store and across all other IGA stores, yet I get charged $6.50? It disgusts me! Their accounts need to be fully audited.
