The Team at Puma Osborne Park is fantastic, never had a bad day at this servo. Clean pumps, shop very much organised to a detail which you hardly see anywhere else, I mean even the chock bars are in such precise order ready to go. The Gentleman who is working Tuesday’s at this location is up to perfection, this is beyond traditional customer service, I would suggest this goes more into hospitality. Friendly, always a good chat and you walk out with a good feeling, not to forget the nice background tunes makes this place a claiming Oasis in hectic times. Keep the good work up.
Always a very good price for fuel here...but hard to get in and out when peak hour. You need to come at another time otherwise it's not worth the hassle...which is why this loses one star.
Great experience at Puma Osborne Park. Every Tuesday, it's one of the cheapest spots and then take off the 4c for RAC members too! but the best part is Jared and the team who make your visit, even for a minute, memorable, and something I look forward to in my week. Well done guys. Great customer service.
Unfriendly In- Charge on the night of 14th Dec. 21, many like me has waited to fuel the cars, however as soon as l inserted the fuel hose into my car it Stops. I have waited atlist 20 minutes to reach the station and many more on the line. The staff on duty didn’t say anything instead ask some customers to get out of the store. Very rude and zero Customer Service.
Ok. Quite a few of the pumps have been 'not in use' for several months and causes long queues down Main Street. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
A dodgy gas station where almost all the ULP bowsers are always 'out of service'. Not sure if this is a company operated outlet or a franchisee operated one. Either way pretty poorly managed and maintained.
