Loud music at 1 am not happening! Just because u work at night doesnot mean people donot have work in the morning.
Advised the young lady behind the counter the tyre pressure tool didn’t show indication of tyre pressure. Her attitude was one of silence…’ should do’! No responsibility or intention to assist! Some customer training is urgently required!
Around the tyre metre, there's a big step without any signs or stickers. Impossible for anyone to see it during night time. Super dangerous! Hope they improve it or it should be reported to Commerce WA.
Great prices on a Tuesday. I like this servo because it has two sets of pumps in each lane so has good throughput. The street access is a bit restricted due to the central pedestrian refuge on Flinders Street so it's best if you're heading south. Friendly and efficient staff.
Has a more than decent range on the fuel you require, rarely as busy as some other more central stations. It's a good station that doesn't charge exorbitant prices for fuel, but can be easily overlooked. It isn't as modern or convenient as other stations but offers the fuel you need. There's also small selection of drinks/food inside. Not the most mind blowing place but not the worst by far.
Food selection leaves a little to be desired. Could be stocked a lot better. Although staff are always lovely
I have been going to this petrol station for 18 years and was very happy with the service until today. I witnessed such racism from the staff towards and Aborigine customer that I was left shocked and disappointed. Plus it is Australia Day too, very, very disgusting.
Can use your RAC membership card at PUMA to get an extra 4c off your fuel. Really lovely friendly guys on the till!
