So apparently there was this lady today. And I wanted to order some coffee but she was busy with her phone. Second of all after ordering stuffs and while I was eating at the table, she suddenly asked me to go outside saying she can go to washroom when nobody’s around. Am I nobody to her? What kind of sales representative do they even recruit.
The quality of Service from Vivek was immaculate I was served in a timely and professional manner. I’ve never left a BP store more satisfied than I did today The shelves were stacked neatly. The bathroom and floors were clean. Vivek was welcoming and friendly. I am a regular customer of BP Scarborough and I have yet to be let down by the store. I don’t believe in my right mind that it would happen. Thank you for training your staff the way you do. You guys make my day every time I step foot in the store
My phone battery was dead and I was not confident about the route to my place and that’s when I saw the BP, where I met Vivek 6-12 pm shift for 17/01/2025, who offer me his help to charge my phone. Guy was a legend. I got home safe; all thanks to him.nCheers
Decent shop, a bit pricey. Nice coffee and banana bread and they sell frozen fishing bait and tackle which is handy.
Car wash does not clean wheels; staff is aware that the car wash is faulty and yet still sells washes without disclosure. Upon bringing the matter to the staff's attention, they indicated that it needs to be fixed and that they will speak to manager. Furthermore very little soap appears to have been used and a fair amount of dirt is still stuck on the exterior paint. Will report to BP Headquarters. Please AVOID!!!
