So apparently there was this lady today. And I wanted to order some coffee but she was busy with her phone. Second of all after ordering stuffs and while I was eating at the table, she  suddenly asked me to go outside saying she can go to washroom when nobody’s around. Am I nobody to her? What kind of sales representative do they even recruit.

Ordered a small triple shot flat white, took 18 minutes to make so they upgraded me to a jumbo. Didnt want a jumbo. Tasted like warm milk…. Mehhh

A huge shoutout to Nishma at BP for making the best coffee in town! She has top-notch barista skills, turning a simple coffee stop into a highlight of the day.  Her friendly service and attention to detail make all the difference.

The quality of Service from  Vivek was immaculate I was served in a timely and professional manner. I’ve never left a BP store more satisfied than I did today The shelves were stacked neatly. The bathroom and floors were clean. Vivek was welcoming and friendly. I am a regular customer of BP Scarborough and I have yet to be let down by the store. I don’t believe in my right mind that it would happen. Thank you for training your staff the way you do. You guys make my day every time I step foot in the store

My phone battery was dead and I was not confident about the route to my place and that’s when I saw the BP, where I met Vivek 6-12 pm shift for 17/01/2025, who offer me his help to charge my phone. Guy was a legend. I got home safe; all thanks to him.nCheers
