Me and my friend went to get coffee in evening around 6 on monday. Female staff really rude and unprofessional. We don’t pay money to get this kind of service, atleast being a human she should know how to talk with other people.nGood manners goes long way, learn to talk people with respect.nSaid its going to take 1 hour for 2 coffee, site wasn’t even much busy.
So I usually go at the gas station to eat with my friends and today there was a guy with green shirt who was very rude. So basically me and my friend asked for extra hot water and he was gonna charge us extra just to give my hot water which other staff usually doesn’t do. Throughout my experience at bp I never even met someone rude like the staff and learn some manners thanks.

Very helpful lady at the counter who made a good coffee but the blueberry muffin was disgusting - so dry I could barely eat it and probably two weeks old at least. If you want better reviews put on some extra staff so they’re not overworked and have fresh food.
I visited here around 3:30 AM to get three coffees, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member on duty was unprofessional — wearing earphones during the shift, making it hard for us to communicate as we had to repeat our order multiple times. When I tried to speak with him, he rudely told me to “wait for 2 minutes” because he was on a call. That’s completely unacceptable — as customers, we expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism.nnI ended up leaving without the coffees because of how poorly we were treated. I hope BP management looks into this and provides proper training to their staff. This kind of behaviour reflects badly on the store and the community.
