Console operator name “Ann” made racist comment and showcased a number of unprofessional manner. Entered the store at 9:50pm and met with her yelling to say she’s closing to which was reasonable to some extent. When another customer walked in the store as we were leaving, she didn’t say a word. When I asked her if she was going to do the same, she started yelling and proceeded to curse at me which escalated the situation. I will be formally putting in a complaint to the management but terrible customer service. BP is known for its courteous and friendly staff, I am very disappointed.
The Girl Customer service is not Good. The Girl Name is Manpreet Kaur. She need to Welcoming customer service. Her behaviour is very rude . She need to learn customer service.
Poor Customer service specially during night hour I had experienced on date 15 of October around 10:30 pm. This was not my first encounter with poor customer service but there were couple of times.
Night of 24th of August at 11.45 pm there was this Indian guy at the counter who spoke Hindi with his co worker and laughed at me I suppose. And when I asked what was wrong, he was like very rude and again spoke his language with his mate and laughed again. Lucky for them that they had closed the entrance already. Very sad to see such attitude towards their customers.
Went to the Bp Osborne park around 8:24pm. Just bought some stuff and ordered a cup of cofee and surprisingly staff from the bp said sorry sir on Tuesdays we dont serve cofee. I am quite sure staff was not in a mood to make cofee It was quite surprising for me when BP adapt this policy? 26/12/2023 Boxing day
