Had Dawn to assist us with the opening of bank account and she has done it With utmost patience and professionalism. It took us more than expected as our case was complicated to begin with but she guided us through all the procedures with so much kindness. We will definitely stick to this branch for the rest of our stay here.
Today I was kindly helped by Toni. She assisted me with getting a travel card. I am very unfamiliar with travel cards, she educated me on everything I needed to know. She went above and beyond. Such a kind woman. I will be returning to Osborne for my banking in the future.
Have been having trouble with someone taking money out of my account from overseas and didn't authorise any of the transactions. I went into the branch and a lovely young lady called TONI got onto resolving the issue with raising a dispute. Cancelled my card and ordered a new one on the spot. Please be patient when you have an issue with an account and realise that the staff need to be treated like you would want to. Be patient as waiting time can be longish but is quicker than calling the 13 number. Again to all the lovely staff at the bank and especially TONI.
Toni went above and beyond for us today! Being caught in an unforseen & unfortunate health situation that has made things inconvenient at this crazy time of year. Toni displayed a high standard of professionalism and compassion which made the experience 100% stress free! Thanks again Toni!

Tonietta Carr had attended me and my husband. She managed to open our student bank accounts and gave us all the information we needed. Furthermore, she was very kind to us. I really liked the treatment we received and recommend this branch for customer services.
Ms. Tonnietta was very polite and her hospitality was awsome....It was my first time in Perth and I was very cofused at the bank but she was really helpful and it was beyond my expectations....she made my day and made me feel like home....Thank u Ms. Tonnietta for your hospitality....Merry Christmas and happy new year...
