Cheers to the guys at ARB osbourne Park. They went up and beyond to help me out with a warranty claim. They got my new long range tank replacement ordered and fitted months quicker than I expected and thier work and service Was second to none. This was really helpful as I needed my yellow sticker removed before my trip away in the lux. Thanks again. 5 stars !
I would to say thankyou to the staff helping me out with a lighting problem with my bull bar this morning. They fix it as it incorrectly wired from date I purchased it back in 2012. They sorted it and didn't charge me . So thankyou very much .
Your one stop shop for everything 4WD. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Appointment and follow up process requires a bit of work. It would be great if a complimentary vehicle was offered if the vehicle is being worked on for more than 1 day.
Just moved from QLD and needed some replacement nuts for my ARB bull bar. Walked in and out with so replacements free of charge wow great service.
I just called Osbourne Park to see if I could take a look at one of their upcoming 300 series builds and was told no. I have one on order and will now be looking elsewhere for my 20k in upgrades. Also I have asked them in the past about other upgrades that are particular to the 300 series and their product knowledge seems limited. 2 Stars is simply because in the past i have had a good experience there.
Absolute pleasure to deal with! Walked in today with a suspension problem, foreman walked off the floor to check it out and fixed without a hassle even though he was super busy. I will continue you use these legends and love their products
Housed in the middle of the Osborne park's industrial district with an impressive showroom and helpful staff, I'm told this was the original Perth ARB, and it shows. The product range is superb, staff know their stuff, and the building looks like could tell you a story or two about when the Japanese tried to take over the world that one time. In an ironic twist of fate, the cars that sit outside ready for bull bar installation are mostly Japanese made.
After spending 13K on ARB products, I booked in to get a check on my new suspension. The products were installed in Rockingham by an approved ARB agent and called to see if it was possible to get the check up at the Osborne Park ARB shop. “ no problem” Shocking treatment when I arrived, totally disappointed. Told several times “ it’s not their work to do” waited 1h 15 mins for a 15 min suspension 500 km check. I was made to find paperwork and get emailed as not their problem. The only reason I went south was because I couldn’t get into Osborne park. Guess when your are busy you can be rude and unprofessional. Massive ARB customer/ fan lost. Buyer beware
After multiple visits over the course of five months I'm still waiting for a quote. I was told to send an email but have yet to receive a reply. I've spent over $30k at this particular branch in the past 3 years. Frustratingly, the customer service here is now non-existent. You may be busy in this Covid world but that's no excuse for abysmal service. After a long relationship with this branch of ARB I will not be back. My advice to those looking to get work done - go anywhere else but here....
Just had a GVM upgrade, bullbar and some other gear fitted on my new Cruiser by ARB Osborne Park. Outstanding service by Jason and his crew. Dean went out of his way to help me from start to finish and Steve in the workshop did a great job of putting it all together. 100% positive experience - highly recommended.
