I have nothing but praise for the boys at the Carpet Supermarket. They have an amazing range and are so knowledgeable. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Scott and Paul so far. Their customer service goes above and beyond. It's not just about the really good prices What I appreciate is that they don't try to get you in by offering specials that don't exsist. Their prices are fair, the service brilliant. We will not shop anywhere else. I recommend you go to them first even if you have to drive a distance. Well worth it. I visited the store near COB Tuesday. Angelo measured my house the following morning and quoted before lunch. Carpets were removed and laid the following week. Brilliant.
I have been trying to match a piece of carpet from the 70s, as we've removed a built in wardrobe and need to fill the floor space. While sales guys from other carpet retailers laughed at me and sent me away with a 'yeah, good luck mate', Scott was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, honest, informative and best of all, found a close match for me! I'll be going back very soon to source flooring for our workshop and to have rugs made. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could :
A really great carpet shop! We used this store 3 years ago and recently returned for a new carpet for another room in our home. Scott and Angelo are so friendly, polite and really kind and helpful. Scott, who served us, was excellent... So professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist us. The quality and choice of carpets, including remnants, & their prices were very good. A special thanks also to Kim who came to lay our carpet. So kind and so professional! Thank you! We have great pleasure in highly recommendng this store!
Carpet got installed 1 month ago in a house we just sold and we had such a great experience I’m finally getting around to write a review. Scott in sales was awesome; he gave us a great price straight up with no BS and was easy to deal with throughout the whole process. Also big Thanks to Shane the installer who did an A1 job. Thanks!!
A very busy Saturday morning had the staff member I think his name was Scott running around and amazingly making sure every customer was acknowledged and informed he would attend to them shortly. His customer service was second to none! As I have previously owned a business, I can say that I highly recommend WA Carpet Supermarket to anyone looking for flooring. Thank you for your brilliant service, this was my second visit and I will be back.
What a great experience, we love our new carpet. Braiden was so helpful in store, replied to queries quickly and got our carpet installed ASAP. Lovely quality carpet with a thick underlay, left the site clean and tidy afterwards. Overall a really positive experience, will definitely be shopping here again. Thanks team!
Good service from the friendly sales team Braiden and Mark and prompt installation of quality carpet on lovely thick underlay. Left the site tidy and even took away our old carpet without any hesitation. Good company! Will use them again in the future.
Can't fault the service here at all. Braiden was so helpful through the whole process, particularly given that we had some interesting existing floors to deal with. Great communication from him and the team, and the guys doing the installation were just brilliant. I'd definitely recommend this place, it's reasonable and the knowledge they have is second to none. We're so happy with the end result.
The consultant Kyla and the team provided excellent customer services. They were diligent in measuring and customising products to our needs even though our business for them is small. They also accommodated last minute change as per our request. I highly recommend paying them a visit when comparing different providers.
