Went in on Wednesday night at 7:30 the 17th of September, was confused about some pricing, I was being relaxed about it I think. After a they told me I asked to go double check the price myself and was met with frustration from the checkout girl who acted like I was making her life hard even though the checkout area was quite. I work for Coles in another department and honestly was shocked at her lack of customer service and escalation of the situation. In the end the ticket was the wrong ticket and I finished my purchase but while I was away checking the ticket she continued to tell my friend at the checkout how silly I was being for double checking something. Coles needs to train it's checkout people or remove them entirely.
During a recent visit to Coles, I noticed a particularly unpleasant odour in the dairy section, reminiscent of a soiled nappy. The smell was strong enough to make the shopping experience quite uncomfortable, especially in an area where fresh and perishable food is stored. While I understand that refrigeration units can occasionally malfunction, this seems to be an ongoing issue that requires immediate attention. I hope management investigates and resolves this matter promptly, as it detracts significantly from the overall shopping experience.

Not impressed with only one checkout being provided. Another was opened but only when the queue was so big that it was blocking aisles! What has happened to Trail Mix? Used to get it here but now have to go to Joondalup. Why Chiko Rolls but no Corn Jacks? Have to get those from IGA.nWe had been pleased to have a good store near our home in Clarkson but now we are having to shop further afield and soon won't bother with Ocean Keys if the downward trend continues.nNothing changes much although there were two checkouts operating today - wow!
Once a decent supermarket now absolute rubbish - totally gone down hill fruit is rubbish - selling rotten fruit ! Woolworths are 100% better Coles has become a budget supermarket - no tills open self service only !
