Wow they had fully stocked EGGS! I was so amazed, we didn’t even come at opening time. The staff are a bit slow but super friendly.

I looked online today Sunday 9/3/25 and the site said it was open until 6:00pm.nI then found the shop closed at 4:30pmnI went back online and logged in this time to my account.nThis time, in small print, the changed hours of 4:00pm was declared.nI should not have to log in to get that sort of information.nnThere needs to be more attention paid to customer service.nnI can spend $1000.00 a month at Corinda.nThe customer service in the store, at times, can be underwhelming.nAlong with some favourite products no longer being stocked, it will not take much more for me to change to one of two Woolworths that are both 5-10 minutes drive from where I live. It has only been the fact I am 4 minutes walk from Coles that keeps me coming back.

One of the worst shopping experiences I've had.  Normally shop at Fairfield but stopped here for a change and will never be back.  I can look past it being old and clearly neglected.  However staff and management here are not good.  They refused to honour a half price sign they left on a number of products I purchased and management could not speak to at all to the requirements by the ACCC I don't even think he knew what it is and walked away from me because he was incapable of actually responding to my questions about it.  I am regular Coles shopper at Fairfield and have never had problems there once and the staff are much more attentive and friendly there.nnWill never go back here again as the entire experience was poor.  I always wondered why this Coles seemed to be so less busy than any others and it's pretty clear why after this experience.

unsure whether the girls at the front desk have an issue with dashers or whether they’re just unprofessional but life is too short to be stressed. one was wasting my time with passive aggression and the other was yelling and talking over me. great teamwork guys, yeah let’s give them that pay rise [sarcasm]
