Tired of shady tactics.nBought some Rump, advertised as a special.nBut it wasn't special. There was ample fat purposefully hidden under the presented wrapped meat, and the cut was ridden with sinew.nI don't understand why they hide this, it's not like we're not going to find out. And it leaves a very bad taste in regards to the ethics and practices of this company. Do better Woolworths.
Amazing store, amazing staff. there customer service is second to none. had something i required assistance with within thee store they bent over backward to accommodate me. Thank you , Chloe and staff.
Scan and go was a waste of time. Struggled to get tap and go to work on phone, but that's to the amazing worker called Harry that was lovely and helped us out. Harry deserved a raise.
Good products, except maybe on the beef.nIssues which don't get addressed.nnLoads of oversized trolleys but no normal sized ones are ever available every time I shop.nStaff close checkouts way too early, so the rush 20mins before closing becomes worse, rather than letting people finish and leave quicker without herding them like animals. Will be bringing a Coles trolley from the parking lot in future.nnCan't review products not purchased online. Still an issue. They can sell anything without repercussions.
Fantastic store, the shops relaunch/refit has the store looking amazing and state of the art equipment makes shopping here a breeze. Sensational range of products and fresh abundant stock through the deli, produce and bakery. This store has very friendly and knowledgeable team that will have you coming back.
