Was trying to get salmon pieces and got taught how to say please. I was in the middle of asking someone else how many pieces they want and the Karen literally said sarcastically “Four portions of salmon PLEASE!” She cut me off and ignored me when I was trying to pick the pieces. However, the other server was way nicer and try avoid the old lady at the Seafood section.
Fantastic store, the shops relaunch/refit has the store looking amazing and state of the art equipment makes shopping here a breeze. Sensational range of products and fresh abundant stock through the deli, produce and bakery. This store has very friendly and knowledgeable team that will have you coming back.
Tired of shady tactics.nBought some Rump, advertised as a special.nBut it wasn't special. There was ample fat purposefully hidden under the presented wrapped meat, and the cut was ridden with sinew.nI don't understand why they hide this, it's not like we're not going to find out. And it leaves a very bad taste in regards to the ethics and practices of this company. Do better Woolworths.
This is my local Woollworths. It's got the affluent suburban stock set with a decent Asian isle, which is good. Rosie at the deli meat and seafood counter is a treasure. Two things hold this place back from getting a higher rating. First, every year or so they reorganise the aisles. Just when I get to the point I know where everything is, they reorganise it. Second, the stupid AI-based automatic checkout frequently accuses me of shoplifting. As a loyal customer for over 15 years, I find that extremely irritating. To be fair, this is a Woolies issue, not a Woolies Indooroopilly issue. And Woolies automatic checkout is ahead of Coles, which still makes you enter every time you change bags.
Have been waiting at click and collect parking bay for more than 40 minutes. Can’t even prepare the order. Really disappointed and frustrating
