Two undercover men watching you as you shop, I understand you are trying to prevent theft but isn’t there a better way? I was uncomfortable feeling like I was being followed by a man as a female shopping alone and nearly approached staff until I realised what they were doing when I saw they pulled someone over and they had to go to the kiosk and either pay for or handover items. Maybe having them not in any uniform prowling aisles in a creepy way isn’t the way to go?
Huge Selection of Groceries fair priced. Lots of counters to check out. Also a vast variety on vegetables and fresh fruits. Lots of meat options. Friendly staff. Several parking places in front of the store. The area feels a bit shady though with several homeless walking around. Still feels save anyhow.
Just to let management know- your employee - an Asian lady in the bakery section was packing biscuits, she had no gloves on and as she was packing I saw her eat a biscuit. Unacceptable.nThis will be all on your security camera- at 11:12am on 23/4/24
Empty shelves never filled up.nLess variety mainly for Coles brand products, Asian and Indian products.nSpecials are always out of stock as management stocked very low quantity to sell the expensive ones.nSelf check out terminals are mostly faulty, harrasing customers always with stupid errors without any reason but the management doesn't care about it as they are earning money..Need to change the store manager.nOne of the worst coles in Brisbane
A very well stocked Coles with a massive range. Found every item I was looking for. Even while the store was very busy there was no wait at the self serve checkouts as there's so many of them. All the staff I encounted were friendly and helpful. The fresh produce section is excellent, the fruit we got was very fresh. Also a really great frozen section with many options.
