Everything feels sparkling clean, modern, and well-organised, making for a pleasant and efficient shopping experience that stands out from older supermarkets in the area.nThe layout is intuitive. I've found the fresh produce section to be well-stocked and of high quality. The staff I've encountered have been friendly and attentive, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere.nThe provision of underground, 2-hour free parking is a big bonus for an inner-city area. The parking area itself is bright, secure, and clearly signposted, with easy access directly to the supermarket.
Coles click and collect are extremely slow I come here all the time for doordash and every time I have waited between 20-40 minutes if not longer and never received a quick order. No other Cole’s or Woolworths I have gone to struggles as much as west end.
I’ve had no issues doing in store purchases but today I decided to do an online order / delivery. I noticed I was missing 5 items - they were the most expensive items too from my list and no notification of it being out of stock. i had also contacted the delivery person and they checked saying they received all bags and no bags were left in his car. turns out, one bag was left behind at the shop! after i contacted CS they called the shop representative for me. i have been in contact with CS for 2 hours, awaiting redelivery but they cannot find anyone to pick it up for me then they cannot answer their store telephone in regards to a refund instead. This is disappointing. What was meant to be a convenient way to purchase and do shopping now has been a headache and complete waste of time for myself CS agents.
I love that they have a good selection of fresh produce. Everything feels crisp and well-stocked most of the time. Parking is convenient too, which makes my quick shopping trips a lot easier.
Your click and collect team let's half a dozen people wait over an hour. Service beyond 1 star. Was one my favourite coles but no longer. Not returning.
