I love that they have a good selection of fresh produce. Everything feels crisp and well-stocked most of the time. Parking is convenient too, which makes my quick shopping trips a lot easier.
The lady with red hair, named Solar, was very disrespectful towards me and my partner towards the end of our visit. I also noticed her rude and racist tone towards a dark-skinned, middle-aged African lady next to our register. I understand it was around 6pm and the store was closing, but that’s no excuse for such unprofessional behaviour. Staff should always treat customers with respect and kindness, regardless of the time or situation.
Coles West End ticks a lot of boxes for convenience—it’s centrally located, clean, and usually well-stocked. The staff are generally friendly, polite, and helpful when you interact with them, which adds a nice touch to the overall shopping experience.nnThat said, finding someone when you need help can be a bit of a mission. In certain sections, staff presence is scarce, and you often need to walk over to the service desk just to track someone down. It’s not ideal when you’re in a rush or just need a quick answer.nnThe most frustrating issue, though, is the bakery. Unlike many other stores, the bread isn’t pre-sliced, and customers don’t have access to a slicer. Even worse, there’s almost never anyone at the bakery counter to help out—seriously, it feels like 95% of the time it’s just empty. What should be a quick, simple task turns into a time-consuming hassle.nnStill, for quick groceries or a top-up shop, it does the job. But when it comes to customer convenience, there’s definitely room to improve—especially with a slicer and some more visible staff on the floor.
Solid supermarket—nothing fancy. Good variety, but some shelves were half-empty when we went. Staff were nice, though. My husband liked the beer selection. Could be better organised, but it does the job.
Please fix your safety issues. I know this is not truly your fault. My scooter was stolen in previous saturday 06 Sep 2025 between 07.00-08.00 am.nnI have locked at bike parking zone. Then, Someone has cut off the lock.nImagine, the security is not 24 hours but they are open in the morning. The security arrived at 09.00 am. And then the security act like it is common and usual to has incident like that. There are no worries.nOmg. I hope the management solve this problem
