Shopped here yesterday 22/07.  VERY dissapointed with the service. I was waiting at the counter (for ages) with one other customer while 2 staff (guy and girl) were fiddling with the freezers.  They can see us but none of them came to serve, just looked at us, not even to say, "we'll be there shortly, sorry for taking so long".  The only time someone came to help is when the other customer eventually said, "excuse me".  When the lady came to serve, she looked really unhappy like she didn't want to be there.  When time came to serve me, she didn't not made an effort to respond to a query.  Please best friends, improve your customer service or lose customers.  There are heaps of cheaper shops to buy filipino groceries in the valley, west end, inala, etc. In fact, I buy find most items such as alamang, spring roll wrappers, etc. much cheaper in sorrounding asian shops who also sell filipino food items.

As far as Filipino grocery stores go, this is one of the best (and I'm comparing to ones in Sydney too). The range is fantastic albeit a little crammed in the space. Nevertheless, the store is kept neat and tidy which makes it a breeze to find things. Havent tried the take-away/cafe yet but the food looks tasty. My go to place for Filipino goods in Brisbane. If you've parked in McWhirters Centre, remember to get the staff in the store to validate your ticket for discounted parking.

I've been looking everywhere for  a filipino shop near brisbane.  Then i found this  store and goods are almost complete,  every ingredients and goods you are looking for can can be found in here.  I love it.  They aren't closing on time which is good for those who are late customers. It is 5-7 mins. walking distance away from fortitude valley station as well.
