After over a decade of being open till midnight, they now close at 10PM for some reason. As someone who finishes work at 9:30, I’ve basically lost my supermarket. Extremely unhappy! nnPopular lines of products are constantly out of stock as they seem to order evenly without regard for demand, meaning the less popular product lines just sit there for days, fully stocked, untouched next to empty spaces.nnThe self checkouts are frequently closed, even during busy periods, exacerbating waiting times.nnI used to love this supermarket years ago, but it’s just terrible now.nn_______________nnEDIT: “to please the majority of our customers”  What a weak excuse! There is not a single rational person who is bothered to know that a supermarket is open later than they personally need!nnIt’s also hilarious that your latest advertising campaign is basically showing that you’re trying hard not to be more expensive than the “big two” by sometimes price-matching items down to the prices of the “big two” … and by “big two”, you are of course referring to the chains whose blatant price gouging has literally triggered a government inquiry.
