spacious , fresh , great staff and amazing selection of fresh produce .nhighly recommended . From the outside looks small but when you walk in be prepared to say WOW.
I recently had a fantastic experience with Max at IGA. He went above and beyond to help me find various products, demonstrating a great knowledge of the store. His friendly demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about customer service. I highly recommend seeking him out for assistance!
Seasons IGA East Brisbane offers a solid grocery shopping experience with a focus on convenience and quality. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need quickly. It features a good selection of fresh produce, meats, and bakery items, often praised for their quality. The staff are friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant shopping atmosphere.nnHowever, prices can be slightly higher compared to larger supermarket chains, which is something to consider if you're shopping on a budget. The store’s layout is functional, though it can get a bit crowded during peak times. Overall, it’s a reliable choice for local grocery needs, particularly if you value personalized service and a community feel.
When you wake up to a rhubarb and skyr emergency and we've all been there - filmjolk and kefir simply won't do.., this is your one-stop shop.nIf you need a bath plug and detergent, there are probably less expensive shops in the area. Great for obscure cheese and weird jam last minute birthday presents that not only satisfy that particular need, but will also be recycled as presents for wider distribution until, eventually, they make their way back to you, having done a tour of your wider family and circle of aquaintances you don't particularly like.nNot so good for your weekly shop.nUnless you drive an Audi.
After over a decade of being open till midnight, they now close at 10PM for some reason. As someone who finishes work at 9:30, I’ve basically lost my supermarket. Extremely unhappy! nnPopular lines of products are constantly out of stock as they seem to order evenly without regard for demand, meaning the less popular product lines just sit there for days, fully stocked, untouched next to empty spaces.nnThe self checkouts are frequently closed, even during busy periods, exacerbating waiting times.nnI used to love this supermarket years ago, but it’s just terrible now.nn_______________nnEDIT: “to please the majority of our customers” What a weak excuse! There is not a single rational person who is bothered to know that a supermarket is open later than they personally need!nnIt’s also hilarious that your latest advertising campaign is basically showing that you’re trying hard not to be more expensive than the “big two” by sometimes price-matching items down to the prices of the “big two” … and by “big two”, you are of course referring to the chains whose blatant price gouging has literally triggered a government inquiry.
