Congratulations to Staff member Dave who went out of his way to check availability of an item from the dairy section. He was stocking items in the ice cream section and I thought I’d ask for his assistance despite being at the opposite end of the store. He happily went to the back room and returned with the item I had actually came to the store seeking to buy. Saved me a trip to another Cole’s store.nThank you Dave.
I always shop at colrs and this is the first time I was upset as the deli staff member just kept walking in and out ignoring customers while the one staff member ran off his feet with a smile. I brought oysters but threw in bin as they were not looking or tasting too good.
You need to educate your staff on what an appropriate substitute is, constantly getting items that are not acceptable substitutes when you should just not supply anything and process a refund.
Bad experience for click and collect waited 25-30 minutes and the coles was not busy at all such an unprofessional behaviour going to aldi n woolies instead
Very rude worker and after I said sorry she proceeds to give me attitude. Unacceptable. I did not get her name becaude she had no name tag.
