The service & efficiency that i received from Donna was brilliant. She goes well above any service experience that I have received anywhere else. Bags packed perfect,  placed in trolley for me, very professional in her job. A Keeper.

Nick always provides excellent service in the click and collect department. Great communication and very efficient.

The self-serve checkout area sux is too small. Carpark is just as bad. I guess they can not change the carpark, but the checkout needs to be fixed. It's not my first choice of coles. I only go to this one if im in the area, and it's convenient.

Was in self serve, next up and got sent to wait in a line when I was happy to do my own as I'm in a hurry. The lady couldn't tell me why she sent me to a line either

So much of their bakery products have been frozen,custard tarts,pita bread,cakes and vanilla slices even crumpets.Most of the packaging isn't suitible for freezing as it holds condensatio  and the products become wet then go mouldy
