I was on my break and came into the coles in carindale westfield to get something to eat. While I was there, I saw a young girl distraught discussing something with what seemed to be a manager. In this, not once did one person console the girl while she was evidently extremely upset. This is embarrassing. Regardless of the context, for not one worker of coles to come up and comfort her was genuinely crazy #wooliesontop

Terrible!nI ordered six grocery items via Uber Eats, and THREE were unavailable.nI can understand that happens. I received replacement suggestions and notifications for two of the items - spinach and Sara Lee chocolate cake, HOWEVER, I didn't receive ANY NOTIFICATION for the third item, chicken to thighs.nHad I received one, I would have replaced it with ANY other chicken or protein option. YOU CAN NOT TELL ME THAT THERE WAS NO CHICKEN OR ANY OTHER PROTEIN IN THE ENTIRE STORE!!!!!nI realised while the driver was still there, that I wasn't getting chicken. This was the ONLY reason for placing the order AS I WAS STARVING! I received ice cream, croissants and an onion. My bill came to $9 and I paid an additional 70% of that in fees. Seriously! Don't the staff have ANY common sense?nI had to drive out and BUY something to eat. It's the next day, and I'm still p*ssed off!

Nice coles store, in and out grabbed some items for dinner.

I’m a regular shopper of carindale cole’s. i was in the store today when i was going through express at service checkout and over heard a young girl and heard her say she was leaving and going home with tears in her eyes and not one manger wanted to talk to her or see if she was okay. I finished my shopping and waited for her outside when i came up to her and gave her some tissues and to see if she was okay. She proceeded to tell me she had just quit after disgusting behaviour of the cole’s mangers, i will no longer be spending any money on this store ever again. #wooliesontop

Far end of the mall in the new section. Long way from the main carparks but well laid out and friendly enough. Big fruit and veg section. Good seafood and meat selection
