Really loving the newish renovated Woolworths, a real improvement to what was there before! Cleaner, bigger and fresher! Everything is so nearly spaced out and well stocked! I like how all the areas are clearly labelled and that they’ve thought about how people move through the store. They have a special parking bay for store to boot service
I have started doing my grocery shopping here now for quite a while. The store is always neat and clean and most importantly very well stocked. A huge variety of grocery items , fresh produce always the best and much more. One of the main reasons I always shop here is Harrison and Dylan. Customer service is excellent from Harrison and Dylan, they are always happy to help the customers, are extremely courteous and definitely go above and beyond for their customers. Harrison and Dylan are very valuable assets to this store and it is because of their commitment to customer service that i will continue to shop at Woolworths Sunnybank. I also have recommended my family to start shopping here.nThank you Harrison and Dylan for making this store absolutely outstanding.
Updating an older review. This stores standards have gone down considerably. Probably the worst customer service experience I've had at a supermarket.nI was served by Alan today @ 6.05pm who had '0' customer service skills - saw customers waiting in line, he was standing there chit-chatting to his colleagues. he wouldnt bother to call the next customer untill I had to barge into his conversation. No greeting, no proper eye contact, no farewell, no please or thank you, no assistance to use eftpos. He was constantly talking to the staff next to him in Chinese and another staff in English. Both the other staff also were happily conversing to themselves while they were serving other customers like robot simply scanning & bagging products. total lack of professionalism, courtesy and respect by all 3 checkout staff. Suggest getting them to do basic customer service training.
I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled.I am requesting that my order be reinstated immediately. I am willing to collect it from another store or any available location if that helps resolve the issue.nWhat is most unacceptable is that my order was cancelled without any explanation or attempt to offer an alternative solution. This falls well below the level of customer service that customers should reasonably expect.nIf you do not have sufficient stock or the operational capacity to fulfil promotional orders, then you should not be running these promotions in the first place. Advertising products and then cancelling confirmed orders damages customer confidence and raises serious concerns about your business practices.nIf this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly through online reviews and social media, and, if appropriate, seek further advice regarding my consumer rights.nnI sincerely hope it does not come to that. I expect a prompt response with a practical solution to restore my order.
Great location but wasn't up to the standard as a simple order of 1.5 kg meat order was rejected by the service personnel who are on duty which I can see tons of the same item was displayed it just that they are lazy to perform their duty well. Never mind Coles just next to the other street.
