Disappointed with Service from a Specific Staff MembernnThis store should seriously review the conduct of one of its checkout staff. On Wednesday night, I was overcharged at the register. When I pointed it out, the cashier corrected the price but didn’t offer any apology or explanation. There was no sense of accountability or professionalism—just a flat response: “I will correct the price.”nnWhat made the experience worse was that not all my items were placed in the bag. When I asked, “Don’t you normally put items in the bag?” she replied, “I will put it in the bag if you ask.” This was during a quiet time with very few customers around, so there was no excuse for the lack of care.nnUnfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a disappointing interaction with this same cashier. It may be a consistent pattern of rudeness or a lack of basic customer service. Other staff members at this store have always been helpful and professional, so the issue seems isolated to this individual.nnI hope management takes this seriously. I don’t believe this is the level of service they would consider acceptable. Hopefully this staff with glove in one hand will improve her customer service skills.
I was looking for a specialist Korean supermarket rather than a combined “Asian” supermarket and Hanaroo Mart was the perfect answer. Not being an expert in Korean cuisine it’s difficult to understand the breadth of the range however we were very impressed with the store size and offering. The prices were very reasonable, even of that compared to a local IGA. The service we received at the checkout was very welcoming and friendly. Pleasantly surprised and will certainly be coming back!
If looking for new phone or tablets joyone ph shop is a must. Super friendly store and items well priced. Absolutely a must see shop
Dear manager, I’m wondering if those two young men working here are your sons. They were fooling around, speaking disrespectfully about customers, and carelessly left the fridge doors wide open and playing around. Because of that, the meat had thawed and was dripping with water—I couldn’t even buy anything for that reason.nI was standing and waiting behind them to get some meat. They glared at me and walked away. I'd never seen such rude and unprofessional service anywhere.nThis kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.
