I’ve been a regular at my local Woolworths for over six months, shopping at least twice a week. Unfortunately, my experience has been marred by the rude and unprofessional behavior of Elissa, a staff member in her 40s with dark hair and glasses. Each encounter has been uncomfortable, with her consistently searching my bag without consent while ignoring other customers. She only searches my bags. Despite my attempts to remain friendly, her attitude has only worsened. It’s reached a point where I dread going to the store, and I even cried after our last interaction. This treatment is unacceptable, and I can no longer support a store that allows such behaviour.
This shop is like traveling back in time. In a good way. There are no robot checkouts, only humans. Humans who smile, give you the time of day and treat you like, well like you are a human. I have seen this staff be abused, ignored and treated like a machine as I wait in line. I have always found them friendly and welcoming. There is a relaxed vibe throughout the whole team. Keep it up Wollies Acacia Ridge!
Excellent selection of fresh produce, always vibrant and flavorful. A great spot for organic options too!
My first time at this Woolworths and wanted to say team member a woman named KARLA at the check out desk, had beyond great customer service, never in my life have I felt so respected not rushed at all, and even had the time of day to have a chat with me!!! Couldn’t be happier with this service, definitely needs a raise or promotion or something because honestly left feeling happier than I did coming in! Made my day
Small, but very conveniently located. It is always well kept and well organised. Staff are always helpful and friendly.nnNo self-checkout, which I am okay with. The staff are fast.
