Daughter went to buy an item that was on sale, was charged full price, when I questioned it we both were treated with an attitude, the staff member then went off to ask someone else who then came back with an attitude proceeding to tell us it was online only, it wasn't and they were wrong, my daughter was refundednThe apology we got was like that from a 2 year old being made to say sorry, even my 10 year old later said she wasn't even sorry and how rude they werenWe drive to forest lake for a big shop and only quickly run in if really necessary, older staff are so rude, constantly see them rolling their eyes at people and acting like customers are beneath themnYounger staff are friendly and helpful and always polite to people, would happily give them 5 stars
Went to the store for groceries and there was only one checkout open. We proceeded to the fast checkout aisle where there were two ladies and no customers and were told that we had too many items we asked them to open another register and we’re given horrible faces and a rude attitude and after five minutes of standing at the one open registered behind a queue they finally opened another one but only for us did not speak to us did not acknowledge us and then told everybody else they were closed. The rudeness of these two ladies was unfathomable.
Shelves are missing many items and entire ranges of items are completely out of stock. No beef mince available today for example.
We shop her everyday of the week and today the lady tried to say we were stealing she tried to accuse me of hiding things in my Pram and when I tried to show its thr base of the pram she basically wanted me to rip it open and break my pram. Disgusting. She should be fired. Absolutely disgusting will be bringing the pram into for Manager to access and see what she tried ro get me to break a $1900 pram. It wasn't thr nappy bag it wasn't even a bag it was a base of the pram. She needs to go to specsavers absolutely disgusting will go back to Morooka Woolworths from now. Lost good customers. Disgusting!!
The checkout chicks at this store think that customers are illiterate and thieves. Went shopping at chemist warehouse and the checkout girl forgot to put my receipt in the bag. Went to Woolies after and the checkout woman literally made me feel as if I am dumb and had made the worlds biggest mistake by not taking a receipt. She scanned and checked the price of every item in the chemist warehouse bag and I showed her my bank transaction as a proof of purchase. She kept saying to me that next time I came into the store I had to keep a physical receipt from another store, continually asking if I had understood what she was saying as if I was dumb. She even continues to repeat the same thing to other customers behind me. Worst shopping experience ever. Not going to this store again. Pathetic approach to customers.
