A shopping trolley has been placed over an open drain near the front entrance where the grid has collapsed. It might only be a temporary fix, but it’s definitely NOT safe. This could cause a serious injury, especially for young children, elderly shoppers or anyone not looking down.nnCome on ALDI … you can do better than this! Please fix it properly before someone gets hurt.
I made a big item purchase, an appliance, and I forgot to keep the receipt. I was stressed. I went in 5 days later thinking it would not be possible to get one after so long but that I’ll still give it a go.nThe lady I spoke to was very kind and helpful. She grabbed all my details. I was happy to come back a few days later as I knew she was busy working. But she went and had a look on the system and printed out the receipt. I was so relieved and I’m really happy with the service provided by her.nnThis is my local Aldi that I’ve been coming to for many years. They’re very busy as there’s no other major grocery stores nearby so a lot of times they’ll run out of things. Some entitled people below have complained about lack of product. The staff can’t help how much product arrives each day. That depends on level of supply etc.nOverall, it’s a great store and the customer service is always very good!
Nice place with plenty of parking. It is dangerous for me to have Zambrero close to Aldi because I end up buying groceries and getting a takeout. But this is a nice location and you can find everything you need here. There are self-checkouts as well and the staff seem fine mostly. They ask to check my bag all the time but don't seem to do it for people who aren't of colour. I don't know, I could be wrong.
The customer service was very bad. I was shopping after my uni and I had a backpack, while I was billing one of the staff came and ask for checking the bags. Same experience was experienced by my friends. Please make sure to teach your staff members how to make treat customers and make sure to have good surveillance system so you shouldn't check on each ones bags.
Aldi in Salisbury Brisbane are selling off pasta salad. I just got home and discovered the pesto pasta salad I just bought from there which has 3 days left on the use by date was clearly going rancid. I tried to contact the store so they could take it off the shelf but it's impossible and I'm not driving the 15 - 20 mins to go back there for a refund either as I will be even further out of pocket if I did that.nBottom line is you get what you pay for shopping at halal cert supporting supermarkets. I'm beyond disgusted with myself right now for shopping there.
