Horrible. I normally never write reviews but I thought I had to due to the terrible experience I had Had to go here late the other night as I had forgotten to do my shop at woolies and coles and the lady working made me feel like a criminal. She stopped what she was doing just to come and watch me scan my groceries at the self check out, nothing else, she just stood there watching me. I have never seen such a blatantly rude act by a staff member anywhere and I certainly hope this is not company policy as it is quite insulting.
Never have I been here before, but we went to get a quick meal, and picked three salads and some honey soy checked nibbles already cooked, and I must say the food was really delicious.
This shop is in a very good location with street parking. You can get whatever you want and at cheap prices too. There is wheelchair parking and wheelchair accessibility here. The service is great and I would like to shop here again, though I don't know when next am going to be around this suburb.
Most of the staff here are all super friendly and are doing their jobs extremely well, however their produce is insultingly overpriced... I spent $50 on mango, bag of grapes and small watermelon quarter I did not expect it to cost that much until I was at the checkout I left feeling extremely scammed and sad as I am a broke student trying to eat fresh produce... One staff member assumed I was stealing and asked to look in my bag and my receipt to discover I was not stealing anything. This was really insulting because I have lived in the area for 15 years and not once have I seen anyone at this iga ask to look in someone's bag..
Good range of products . Slightly higher prices than your usual Coles and Woolies for common brands/items. Late night snack/dinner go-to
First visit, overpriced, witnessed a rude produce manager- Jacob speak to two young staff members in an unacceptable way in the 10 minutes I was there. An absolute disgrace!
Really clean and a great range of branded products at good pricing, always very neat and tidy.
A large selection of products and good parking. The prices are on the more expensive side and at certain times the store is flooded with uni students :S. Also their self service checkouts aren't as good as Coles or Woolies.
I miss the old butter croissant soft and buttery - 4 pack / 3 pack. The new "Schulstad" brand croissant are so not the same!
