It's definitely the top class shopping centre in Australia. I love the Coles because it has a unique section for halal meat with different varieties. The staff are friendly and helpful. Other than meat, you can find any vegetarian options and fruits.
One star for the trolley collector. The staff member seemed unable to do the job properly and caused a dent on my vehicle. The lighting at the time was adequate, so I didn't notice any damage initially. It wasn't until I got home and inspected the car closely that we discovered the dents.
It's always nice to visit there. You never get bored of this place & meet amazing people on tje go shoppingnnColes is a major Australian supermarket chain, known for offering a wide range of groceries, fresh produce, and household items. Please remove the guard rails in the single click and collect lane at Coles Toowong. It becomes very built up very quickly and if you have a customer in front of you, there is no way to exit if you need to depart promptly. It’s such a silly set up. Just remove the concrete guard rails & allow your customers to arrive & exit at their leisure.
No customer service. Have to scan the entire order yourself. Should have walked out and left a full trolley. Coles if we have do you job then we should all get a discount. Now I know why I shop elsewhere
