Always good service at the click and collect parking, Your staff are always trying to do their best. Some of your Coles customers have to learn respect to the Coles staff around school pick up time. It's not their fault you are running late.nThanks guys, good job.
One of my favourite Coles stores. It's spacious, clean & modern. Always a well stocked fresh produce selection & a great bakery. There's usually no waiting at the self check outs & staff are helpful without being intrusive
Had my mind busy the other day and so the lovely DALLAS in the self serve came over with a beautiful smile and assisted with my flybuys and groceries. Such a kind, helpful and ever so happy lady, Thanks Coles for having the right team member at the self serve.nPS; do not lose her, multiply her
If I could give zero stars I would.nChange your hours back to 9pm closing time why Coles Mt Ommaney changed their close time to 8pm is an absolute joke you are the only coles in the whole of brisbane that closes at 8pm. It’s an inconvenience when the next closest coles is Jindalee.nAnd it’s no excuse because Woolies is in the centre some people only shop at coles.nIt’s not good enough change your hours back to 9pm close! Whoever had this idea to close early Mon-Sa needs to be fired.
Are you looking for a nice long wait? Go to Coles Mt Ommaney. You get to line up for 25 mins just to serve yourself. 8 registers but only 2 open on a Saturday morning, I found that to be absolutely pathetic.nApart from that, it is a well stocked supermarket within a very good complex. Lots of parking.
