Newey renovated Coles. Well stocked, massive selections to choose for everything. Quite spacious, easy to shop with kids as well. The car parking feels too small for the big size shop though. So far my favourite supermarket already!

Very clean because it is very new! I like not paying to use a cart trolley, but the store is very large and still unfamiliar so finding what I need and my usual groceries is a bit more difficult. I do like the bright openness of the store and will shop here when I am in the area, but it's not the closest Coles to my home.

Great new Coles, large range of items. Some missing prices and no staff available to identify what the price is. A Huge problem though is generally only one staffed cash register. A lot of self-service registers, always a crowd trying to get out of there. Not a great shopping experience.

A beautifully fitted out new Coles. The store was very clean, and everything was easy enough to find. The bakery and deli areas have a great selection of products. I also like the new self-checkouts, a vast improvement over the smaller, older ones.

I would like to inform everyone that You are NOT ALLOWED to bring a service animal in training to accompany you to this store, I’ve been to several different shopping centres with my service dog in training and have NEVER been asked to tie him up outside. I’m not leaving a $4500 dog outside to potentially be dog napped due to the Coles workers negligence. I will not be removing this review until management has contacted me directly with an explanation as to why a service dog in training is not allowed to enter the store

Night staff are always friendly and have a good laugh. Everything is easily found with Isles well identified and stock usually plentiful. Excellent fresh produce range. Pet snack bar is a favourite.

Very nice supermarket.  In WA. Never seen Vegemite roast chicken.

This is an online customer review:  Absolutely dismal food handling practices from this store. Several times they have packed raw chicken in with berries and ready to eat foods, despite clear requests to bag the raw meat separately, and even after calling the store to request this and being reassured it would be done. Zero follow through. As I've said to them, I would happily pay for an extra bag or two to overcome this!

There is more demand for  check outs it is because you close most of the manned counters and force people to use self-serve checkouts, which is horrible.’ the user continued.  No doubt store is clean and nice but horrible experience for waiting on the service check out,  Store manager is just svaing money by not putting adequate number of staff..

Was served at the service by a lovely young woman called Azriel at around 9:15 this evening. I had bought back a product that had a scratch, but also that I couldn't use. Azriel was so kind to help me, showing me how to use it and replacing it for me. I really appreciated her taking the time to explain things to me, comparing products and their cost, what an exception staff member. Coles is very lucky to have her.
