Incredible gym with the best atmosphere and more specialty equipment than you could imagine.nI've been a member for a few months now and coming on board was one of the best decisions I've made.nEspecially for any females wanting to get serious about their strength- there is no better environment to be supported and hyped within!nOne big family all trying to be a stronger version of themselves.n11/10 recommend

I’ve been with Coco since I think 2016, supported his business and career for as long as I’ve known him. Great coach who really thrives to make sure you meet your goals. The gym offers group strongman classes too which I loved every Saturday morning. The gym itself is probably the biggest strength gym on the Gold Coast and Brisbane, home of some of the best Australia top strength Athletes.nnIf anyone is looking for a community to join and getting started on their fitness journey, Cocos is for everyone of all ages and sizes. I would highly recommend signing up here or even coming in to check it out as a casual. It’s got an amazing atmosphere too!

Group classes, strongman, strength and conditioning, bodybuilding and they host competitions, plus all the equipment you could dream of..nThis isn’t just your average gym, from the family friendly environment to the overall culture of helpful members and staff, it’s my home away from home.
