Friends Complete Fitness is without a doubt the best PT training base anywhere on the Gold Coast. Being a PT there, I love training clients because of the world class Hammer Strength & Life Fitness Equipment, not to mention the large open floor area for cardio training. If your a PT looking for a very affordable solution for training your clients, then I highly recommend FCF.
