DAYCARE!nGreat gym, has everything I need but being on fitness passport the reason I pick this gym over any other is the flexible daycare option. No booking required just pop in during their opening hours and off you go to train. Been with world gym for the past 3ish years and their Ashmore location has not only fantastic equipment but helpful staff to go with it. Have never had a bad experience, always great deals on and a heap of classes depending on how you like to train. Highly recommend
Awesome gymnn... very well equipped, with high numbers and choice of equipment to hit muscles with varietyn...has ample benches, and two racks of dumbbells, to ensure availability of workout stations.nnGreat place for beginners through to advanced trainers, to hit all their fitness goals.
If I could give more stars then I would.nI joined at the end of August, being a bigger girl I was really nervous about working out and not knowing what to expect.nnLet me tell you, this has been the best decision I’ve ever made!nJoining World Gym has been nothing but amazing. Everyone is so kind and supportive and all the staff are super friendly and eager to help out with anything you ask! It’s been really lovely getting to know the staff and the other gym goers.nThe crèche is absolutely amazing, and the girls who work there absolutely love their job and you can see it.nnI took part in their 8 week challenge and it was the most fun and engaging event! I highly recommend it!nnI’ve met an amazing PT who I absolutely adore and honestly I really look forward to coming to the gym every day!nnThe classes are also super fun and you get to meet new people!nnThank you to everyone at world gym for the support ‍
