With our constantly varied programming you will rarely do the same workout twice in any given year. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level. And because our workouts are rarely longer than 40 minutes they can fit into even the busiest schedules.

Wouldn’t want to train anywhere else on the coast. Aaron's knowledge and expertise shine through in the thoughtfully designed workouts that push you to your limits while ensuring safety and progress. The trainers are amazing and extremely helpful and supportive. The sense of community here is also remarkable. Aaron fosters a culture of encouragement and camaraderie among members, making every workout feel like a team effort. I've made great friends and found incredible support on my fitness journey thanks to this gym! Wouldn’t recommend it anymore if I tried!
Awesome atmosphere, music choice is key to making the workout that much more enjoyable! The coaches are elite level, I’m awesome improving from the feedback they provide & lastly, the owner Aaron is an awesome bloke, easy to talk to & a good laugh aswell.
I’ve never found a CrossFit gym more welcoming and challenging at the same time. From the first day that I walked into Raw Iron I was welcomed with open arms literally. While CrossFit is a competitive sport in nature, Raw Iron has a community that wants to see you win as much as you do. The coaches and programming are second to none, so whether you’re a weekend warrior or someone wanting to take their training to the next level, Raw is the place for you.
I have just finished my one week trial and trainers Katie & Gabriel are the main reasons why I am signing up. They both have put so much effort into helping me learn Olympic lifting and other CrossFit exercises. They are both great at explaining & I know they generally care about everyone’s progress in the room. I appreciate that they have been checking in with me during the classes when doing movements I am not familiar with - Ive never felt left out or unsure during my week here. I have felt welcomed since the moment I walked into the facility & can’t wait for the rest of my journey with Raw Iron!
I have been training at Raw Iron for several years. The pros: supportive knowlegable coaches, great equipment, recovery room, the best vibe and community. The cons: none.nIf you want to give crossfit a go or drop in for a session, you should come here!
