I decided to check out Matrix late last year and have barely missed a day since. The gym is a highly professionally designed, exceptionally clean and tidy, organised, very friendly and inviting, well ventilated with an open flowing design, provides all equipment for those that do not have their own, has a great atmosphere culture, and is run by very dedicated and experienced instructors, including ex professional and current competing boxers. I think Matrix is everything you could ask for in a boxing gym. Prices are affordable and offers great value for money.

Very nice gym. They have intense workout sessions early in the morning which really jump start you day. Perfect if you want to lose weight or want to get fit in general.

This is by far the best Boxing and all round fitness Gym on the Goldcoast

For a great workout i recommend the boxing circuits, I have been attending them now for a little over two months and have noticed huge improvements with my strength and conditioning and also have lost 10kgs.
