Located at the Prana Centre opposite the Gold Coast City Council building, we’re easy to find and easy to access, with plenty of free parking onsite.

The full suite of weight and cardio equipment is at your fingertips, as well as a cycle studio, Functional Training Zone, plus a ladies-only area for privacy and comfort.

Our personal trainers work on the philosophy of “make ‘em lean, keep ‘em keen”, so you know they’re always on hand to motivate and inspire you.

Our Group Fitness classes run from 5:30am to 7:30pm and features all the old Les Mills favorites, as well as Zumba, HIIT classes and the ultimate glute toner & core crusher, Active Core & Active Tone.

There’s are two dedicated Active Kids classes for 5-12yr olds on a Tuesday & Wednesday after school. For those parents needing child minding facilities our creche is open Mon 8am-1230pm, Tues- Wed 8am-12pm, Thurs-Sat 8am-1145am.

I've been a member of Goodlife Nerang for some time and usually enjoy the facilities. However, I've noticed a recurring issue during peak hours around 5 PM. One personal trainer often conducts group classes in the free weights area, using four out of the five benches for her clients during a 45min class. This happens quite often and makes it very difficult for other members to access the equipment during busy times. I believe it would be fairer for these classes to be held in the designated classroom area to ensure all members can use the gym equipment fairly. I hope the management can address this issue for a better experience for everyone.

Good equipment and classes but is really dirty. As in the floor is so dusty and grimy, I wonder if cleaners ever come to clean this gym. The equipment is also really dirty, should be wiped down once in a while.

The gym has 3 levels. Top level is tons of equipment / weights and a giant room for group classes. You can do everything up there.nnGround level has a cardio and HIIT area, as well as toilets / change rooms. Reception at the entry.nnLower level has an open area with mats, a weight rack, kettlebells, slam balls / weighted balls, and more cardio equipment.nnI personally prefer the lower level because when I go usually around 8:30 - 9pm there are only a few people, and sometimes it's empty. Unless I need much heavier weights or other equipment, this is my preferred space.nnThe staff were friendly at signup, and they've reached out a few times since, but because I train in the evening I don't see them. You'll get a card to scan in to open the door if you go after hours.

Gym isn’t kept very clean it seems very low effort. Mould in stair well, bathroom has the nastiest smell like 60 percent of the time guessing its bad ventilation or lack of cleaning. Equipments are ok but lack of attachment for it. Membership is too expensive for what u get it should be like $10 if the cleanliness was like this. Almost like a third world country.

I have been a member for a number of years, but have noticed that the cleanliness seems to be lacking over the last 12 months, I train early in the mornings and when I arrive there is always equipment left all over the floor, weights left on the machines, I don’t understand how people who train there leave their weights for others to have to put back.. I think a fine system should be in place for these people who are too lazy or self absorbed to not put their equipment back, it’s really not that hard.. other than that  the gym has everything you need and a great place to train.
