My partner and I are staying at the Hinterland Hotel for a week while we’re up here for work, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.nnThe rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and have everything we’ve needed for an enjoyable stay.nnMichaela was the first enthusiastic team member we encountered. She gave us thorough directions to our room and some fantastic recommendations on places to visit and things to do while we’re here.nnSebastian welcomed us with a big smile and made us feel right at home when I came to the front counter to get some extra towels. His friendly and genuine attitude really stood out and set the tone for our stay.nnBec was incredibly helpful and friendly at the bar. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and she was just so sweet!nnI haven’t managed to catch everyone’s name, but every staff member we’ve dealt with has been warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The customer service here is a real credit to the hotel.nnThe food has been excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Most importantly, the staff have been a huge part of what has made our stay so enjoyable.nnDespite the horrible weather we’ve had this week, you’ve all made our stay a great one.nnThank you for your hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend the Hinterland Hotel to anyone visiting the area.
Really nice place Limited parking but its free.nPlace was locked up when we arrived but managed to track down a lovely guy who checked us in and gave is the rundown.nRoom was great. Shower small bed joined two twins and was still comfy as heck. Clean.nApparently a tram is close by but we didnt use it we had a car to head up to Brissy afterwards. Highway is close by. Airport 20 mins away. Was awesome.
So impressed with the professionalism, courteous attitude & service. Sebastian was friendly, efficient & absolutely outstanding. He went above & beyond, what a credit to the Company. Also a special mention for Jess, thank you.nHighly recommend the premises & Hinterland pizza delicious.
Always fantastic. The staff are great, extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms are excellent, clean, modern and very comfortable. Have stayed and eaten here many times and amazing food whether it be room delivery or in the bar.
The food and drinks were fantastic and the service was outstanding. A special shoutout to Thomas, who was absolutely incredible. He worked so hard throughout the entire time we were there and seemed to be the person everyone else relied on. He handled everything, stayed positive under pressure, and made sure every customer was looked after. It's clear he's a huge asset to the team. The rest of the staff were friendly as well, but Thomas really stood out and kept everything running smoothly. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
