Best pub in Nerang! Food is amazing, drinks are reasonably priced and the staff are always friendly and courteous.nJess never forgets our order and always reminds us to scan our rewards card to ensure we are getting the best prices.
The food here is a flavour explosion! If you're a rib aficionado, you absolutely MUST try the hinterland ribs – they practically dance off the bone! And let’s talk about the steak sandwich; it’s a beast of a meal that’ll make your taste buds sing sorry, no pics, I was too busy devouring it!. Now, let’s shine a spotlight on Jess: she’s the friendly whirlwind of the hotel, deftly juggling four plates like a culinary superhero! Always sporting a smile for us regulars, she’s got a memory like a steel trap for extra gravy requests. One time, I ordered an espresso martini that went horribly wrong, all froth and no fun. But fear not! Jess swooped in and whipped up the perfect one. Not just a fantastic waitress but a cocktail magician too! She’s truly a gem!
Best food. The best customer service. Thanks Jess. Always so hospitable. Love coming here for lunch. Whether you are a local or a visiting tourist. Highly recommend. Great food at reasonable prices.
We had a family gathering for my daughter’s 3rd birthday, the food was generous and really yummy. I have to mention Jess, who was so attentive and kind. When we arrived balloons had been put on the table and sparklers added to her cake. To some, these small acts may seem insignificant, but to us the little details made our night. My daughter managed to let go of the balloons and they went up to the ceiling, and Jess found a way to get them down for her. We had a great time, thanks for a lovely service.
Wanting to put up a lovely review about the way I was served and welcomed this morning. As soon as I got there I got a very nice good morning welcome from management Rashan, to then be served by a very well mannered happy lady named Sammi at the bar. I couldn’t have been happier with the way I was served by her. Very fast and efficient and greeted all customers with a smile and fun personality. Thank you for making my experience here a great one. Will definitely be back here again. Loved it.nSincerely Jaclyn.
