Zambrero is Mexican with a Mission. A healthy Mexican restaurant and humanitarian enterprise committed to tackling world hunger. Since being formed in 2005 by Dr. Sam Prince, millions of meals have been provided to those living in poverty around the world through Zambrero's Plate 4 Plate initiative.

The service by the girl was amazing but she needs help. There was 3 people waiting in store and more at the drive thru, let alone the fact she is by herself if an accident happens. She is an asset to your business, but she was so stressed out being here by herself!!
Ordered an IQ burrito and was given white rice instead of black rice. Got it take away so only just realised. Very disappointing. This is not what I paid extra for.
If you want a delicious bowl go to the Robina location, the photo was taken from there today yummy. Zambrero at Nerang is the worst, tiny portions, I make the comments to Nelly and she says that I will be charged extra for anything. I will never come back to Zambrero Nerang.

The lady on the monitor was nice when i pulled up I requested no jalapenos on the lamb burrito my wifes And jalapenos on the beef burrito mine They did the opposite, and my wife ended up with a burrito she didn’t enjoy very much because the jalapenos burned her mouth And she had to try and pick the rest out. The first lady told me it would be $26 total before i pulled up to the window where they said it was actually $34. I understand this was the correct price, and mistakes happen, but it was frustrating to be given one price at the monitor just to pay a higher one at the window. My burrito wasnt as enjoyable as I’ve often had from zambreros. Maybe because in store they are more patient to go through the toppings selections so you get all of the flavours you want. The drive through was rushed. The girls there were nice, but i’d certainly recommend giving more attention to customer preferences. Im typically a pretty big zambreros fan, so this was disappointing. I will avoid using the Zambreros drive through due to this experience.
