As visitors to the Gold Coast we stumbled across this gym and we are so happy we did. Good vibes, welcoming and very challenging sessions. Ash is very knowledgeable as a trainer and pushes you to get the most out of your training. We will definitely be back!

Great Atmosphere!! Great training! Best on the coast. Check it out. Not intimidating, super hard work outs. Great for both guys and girls!

I have been training at iFightFit under Ashley Buck for 2 years, and it's the best thing I ever did finding his establishment. I have been training for many years, well I thought I was training. I have never been trained correctly, until now. Ashley is all about positivity and pushes me to get the best and strongest from me everyday. Training is tough, but you WILL achieve whatever your goals are, guaranteed. Even nutrition I thought I was ok with, I wasn't. I have been misguided for many years. The meal plan I follow and have all year is just part of my everyday lifestyle now. iFightFit works. From the day I stepped in to iFightFit, I have completely changed in bodyshape and in mind thanks to Ashley. Whether it's boxing or strength and conditioning eg, we train daily with people of all ages, from all walks of life, it's fantastic, the best bunch of people ever, always friendly, motivating and encouraging eachother. I guarantee, for many reasons, iFightFit is the best thing you could give yourself.
