Lissome is a functional pilates clinic located in Bundall on the Gold Coast. This is a Pilates clinic with a difference! We have individualised group sessions to target your strength and weaknesses. All our classes are machine based.

I didn't realise my body could  be so flexible or feel so strong.   Really enjoyed the session(s) with Alissa at Lissome Physiotherapy & Technique Studios ..... reformer pilates is just so much fun !
