A 5 star training facility owned by an Australian Institute of Sport ex-Sprinter who is the guru in his field.  Highly knowledge in all areas of health, fitness and nutrition and author of many health books.  The personal trainers at the gym are all sport based backgrounds and very professional. 
If you want RESULTS this is the place!!

The gym has a great and peaceful  environment, full of energy!!!!  the PTs are very professional and friendly. You feel  training  like at home. I highly recommend my PT Carolina because  she treats every single client as an individual, she is strict but fun at the same time when you are working  out. That has shown me great fitness  results!

This is a great gym environment to workout in. All the personal trainers are friendly and are very professional, knowledgable and passionate about their work. I highly recommend Carolina and George for one on one PT sessions.. They push me to my limits while always ensuring correct technique.

Great gym, best on the coast !!! The best personal training all focussed on achieving health and fitness goals. Teaching great technique and ongoing dietary advice. Highly recommend Jeremy Brown as a PT their :)
