Q Rehab’s Gold Coast clinic is located in 84 Ashmore Road, Bundall. Our fully equipped gymnasium includes the award winning HUR fitness and rehabilitation equipment with smartcard technology.
We offer a wide range of Exercise Physiology and exercise based services from return to work exercise programs, acute injury management, chronic condition management/prevention, exercise prescription for the elderly, exercise group classes, weight loss programs and resistance training programs.
Our friendly staff will tailor an exercise program to suit your needs whilst encouraging the appropriate lifestyle changes to maximize results.In the health industry knowledge is power, so our goal is to provide our clientele with the information required taking control over ongoing management into the future.
