I've had really mixed experiences here. Sometimes I turn up and have a great session and the trainers are really helpful and attentive but quite often you are ignored when you turn up or the trainers are stressed and are visibly annoyed that so many people have been booked at the same time. Classes are only tailored to the individual some of the time as far as I can tell... It's also next to impossible to get through to book any classes over the phone. For the amount of money I'm paying for the classes I expected a lot more.

I absolutely love Pilates Central. Beautiful, peaceful environment, amazing very experienced and friendly staff that  have profound knowledge of the bodies. As a local physiotherapist I refer a lot of my patients for rehabilitation purposes, but I am a new regular user of the studio myself. I grade it as the best Pilates studio in Islington because of the experienced staff!!

Fabulous place - keeps me fit and sane !   Wonderful teachers and they work with you to develop your own customised programme

After my intro session, had inconsistent instruction and was often ignored which made it hard for me to develop independence. Seems like it might be good for advanced practitioners but as a complete beginner this was money down the drain.
