Karise has shown me allot of techniques to help improve overall mobility but also aid in a quick recovery of a serious injury. She has been patient when trying to get me out of bad habits and is always a pleasure to deal with

Approaching my mid-50s and having spent 30 years in an office job coupled with years of gym training with all the attendant niggling injuries I was at my wits end prior to being treated by Karise at MobilizeMe. Nothing else I tried worked and I was ready to give up Crossfit. Shoulder problems, knee and back issues have all been treated by her with positive results in every case. Not only does Karise deal with the physical issues she also advises rehab programs that work. Additionally her Crossfit experience allows her to offer sound advice and in my case, very welcome encouragement. I would not consider any other alternative for my physiotherapy needs.

I have been a client of Karise for sometime now and have not considered going anywhere else due to the great results I have seen over the years. Sat down working in a office all day along with years of weight training I had become extremely inflexible in many areas. The dry needling Karise performs provides instant relief along with the techniques used to free up problem areas such as my shoulders and thoracic. This treatment has also been enhanced by being provided a variety of drills to perform to further ease those problem areas which in turn has improved my posture and assisted with some of the crossfit movements that I had found difficult to perform. Karise is very knowledgeable and passionate about her profession which gives me no doubt in saying that i would highly recommend anyone to pay her a visit if your body is in need of a good physio.

Karise is a great physio that completely understands the demands CrossFt puts on your body. Karise had my shoulders moving again in no time! Bring on the OHS PB's!
