I am 68 years old, I have been doing Piliates with Simon for 10 plus years twice a week, my balance, core strength and overall well being is great. Great staff with years of training, physio with Sue And Casey the nutritionalist, I believe I have had great experience with all these people, they have so much knowledge in their individual fields I am so glad to be a part of it.
I have recommended so many friends to this centre over the years, and we are still friends what more can I say only Thank You to all the staff at Chevron Island Physio.

Best physio,massage, podiatrist,nutritionalist and beauty therapists around.  Also the reception staff are pretty awesome as well.  The Soul Space upstairs is beautiful for yoga and mat pilates.The staff really care for their clients and want the best for them. Chevron island physio really is the place with the most on the coast .

Chevron Island Physio is the only physio I will go to.  Alison and the team are outstanding.  I started seeing Alison a few years ago with a dodgy knee and after a few session it was Alison who recommended I needed further scans and she was right, turned out I needed knee surgery.   I was also experiencing sciatica and again Alison wasn't happy with the recovery of it and recommended I seek further medical tests (even spoke with the doctor) and again she was right and the tests revealed that I required back surgery.  She is now helped me recover from total disc replacement surgery. Alison has assisted with my knee, back, hip, feet and neck. The team are always helpful and friendly, I recommend them to everyone.

I have been doing Pilates at Chevron Island Physio for 18 months and absolutely love it.

Alison, Kasey, Amelia, Tracey and Kelsey are all fantastic and really care about every person who walks through the door.

Highly recommend 👌
