I have stayed at Chevron Renaissance for past 3 years each time booked through Coastal Holiday Rentals. The resort is in an excellent location with a great lagoon pool, and for an affordable budget. Any time we had any issues with the apartment, the staff at Coastal were helpful and responsive at sorting them out without any hassle. Plan to go back next year. Highly recommend,

We stayed at the belle of broadbeach and the house was perfect for a family holiday. The location is central to everything. The kids loved the pool and media room. The house was clean and coastal holiday rentals staff were easy to deal with and helpful.

My family and I stayed at Mermaid Island Retreat. We have 5 adult children and 2 of them have partners so we needed a big house for 9 of us.
The house is in need of quite a bit of maintenance. There were interior doors that either didn't shut properly or with locks that didn't work. We were amazed that on top of the AUD$395 cleaning fee, we still had to make sure all the kitchen utensils, crockery etc were all washed and put away and all food items were to be thrown in the rubbish bins outside, etc etc.  The 3 frypans at the house were unusable and we had to buy our own pan. No furniture was to be moved or we would be fined. The water front deck did however have lovely views but after the first night we were too scared to have our dinner on it as the sign by the entry door noted that if we made too much noise, neighbours on each side of us had the security company's phone number and if they were rung, there would be immediate eviction. What is "too much noise" when we had 7 adult children with us who all wanted to chat and laugh at dinner time. The house does take a maximum of 14 people. That would be terribly hard to keep everyone quiet. We had the rest of our meals inside which was unfortunate.
We weren't allowed to have the air-conditioning units on less than 24 degrees so the house was completely humid most of the time and it was actually cooler outside.
Supposedly the house had WIFI but it never worked the whole time we were there. We contacted Coastal Holiday Rentals about it and their excuse was it wasn't working due to a network fault! 
The info we received from the rental company noted there would be a small amount of tea, coffee and sugar on our arrival. There was none of these. We had to go grocery shopping the night we arrived as we were only supplied with 2 toilet rolls, no salt, pepper, 2 dishwasher tablets, one rubbish bin liner. Its such a pain to have to buy all these items when you are only at a place for five days!

We had seven wonderful nights at Vue De Monde, Broadbeach. What a magnificent property. Every possible convenience is there and in immaculate condition. Can't thank Coastal Holiday Rentals enough for facilitating a seamless booking. Everything went like clockwork.
