Absolutely atrocious service and unprofessional to boot! We had a valuation done by Mr Brad Davis (Associate Director). Was for a home improvement. For a grand total of $1600 they basically added the land and contract price together for an impossibly low valuation. Then CBRE spent more time defending their inappropriate comparison choices than they ever spent to earn their fee. Local reports say that this has happened with the EXACT SAME VALUER twice before in the last 12 months. Unprofessional. Should be deregistered from Valex!

I called these people to organise a valuation. I called head office - they transferred me to Brisbane (which made sense - the property was in Brisbane), the Brisbane office was quite brusque and almost rude when they answered the phone, they asked me where the property was, I said Springwood (which is a suburb in the south of Brisbane) and without a word she transferred me back to Sydney. Sydney tried to transfer me to Brisbane again but hung up on me. If this company is half as disorganised as their front office staff I fear for their business.
